W4K Wichita Welcomes Rick Cowlishaw

THE CLIMATE IS NEITHER DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN
Dr. Cowlishaw will provide key lines of evidence making the case that the climate is changing and human activities serve as the main cause for its occurrence. He will also stress that action on climate change must have bipartisan support in order to survive election cycles or executive orders.
Dr. Cowlishaw will conclude with efforts by Citizens’ Climate Lobby to build the bipartisan support with their carbon fee and dividend bill introduced in the House and other carbon pricing bills that have been recently introduced.
