The Universality of Human Rights: Political, Economic and Social
April 28 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
ON the 71st anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) Jim Phillips will consider whether there is or should be a human right to health care, education, housing, food, employment, transportation, a healthy environment, the right to join a union and equal access to the political process. This question is central to the political debates of our times.
