Let Go of All Stress
June 3 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
CALLING ALL ORGANIZERS AND CHANGE MAKERS!
As organizers and people who are a part of an unheard and underheard group in Kansas, we are well aware of the toll this work and just living can take. It sometimes brings forward our own pain and trauma when we engage in empowerment work with others. This makes it critical for us to focus on our own unique path of self-care.
The Seed House – La Casa de la Semilla is hosting a space that will be led by Massage Therapist & practitioner of the Healing Arts, John Calvi. John has nearly 50-years of experience in teaching and using touch to release pain and ease trauma. We will spend a couple of hours reflecting on our own journey and learning new ways to take care of ourselves so that we can continue to do this important work.
Join us as we spend time reflecting on our own journey and learning new ways to take care of ourselves.
