A League of Extraordinary Women
February 4 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
It’s time for our League to have a conversation about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
At our monthly League meeting on Tuesday, February 4, Shana Chivon Stephens will lead us in a conversation entitled, “A League of Extraordinary Women: An Individual Invitation to Organizational Diversity at the Intersection of Race, Thought and Relationship.”
During this conversation, we will have the opportunity to examine and uncover areas in our own lives that require a shift in diversity, inclusion and equity, and gain insight & tools to begin the work of embracing & inviting authentic change.
We will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the intricacies and nuance of what it means for our League to encourage, embrace & embody true diversity in the age of tokenism by reflecting on our individual, social & professional circles, and what we bring to the collective table.
Shana Chivon is a passionate change agent who carries a mandate for liberation, a heart for progress, and a desire to disrupt the status quo.
