Founded in 1992, the Peace & Social Justice Center of South-Central Kansas is a nonpartisan, non-religious not-for-profit organization providing support for those in Kansas seeking peace locally, nationally and internationally. Our recent projects have included a move to help first time voters and felons off papers register to vote, a petition to reduce penalties for first and second time marijuana possession offenses in Wichita, as well as maintaining a presence as an immigration ally. We also put out a weekly newsletter featuring events around Wichita, Kansas that encourage community, justice and peaceful gathering. We maintain an office at 13th and Topeka for meetings, lectures, film showings and other small, nonpartisan/non-religious community events.

For more information about the groups and positions we support, see the positions tab or email us at director@wichitapeace.org.
